Kim took silver in the women's biathlon sprint pursuit sitting final at Tesero Cross-Country Stadium in Italy on March 13, finishing in 11 minutes 41.6 seconds. The medal brought her tally to one gold and three silvers at this Games.
Kim's silver-medal run made her the all-time leader in medals won by a Korean athlete at a single Winter Paralympics. The previous record was held by Shin Eui-hyun, who won one gold and one bronze at the 2018 PyeongChang Games.
Kim won gold in the women's 12.5km biathlon individual on March 8, becoming the first Korean female athlete to win a Winter Paralympics gold medal. She added silvers in the cross-country skiing sprint on March 10 and the interval start on March 11.
The Korean delegation has secured six medals at these Games—one gold, four silvers, and one bronze. This marks South Korea's best-ever performance at a single Winter Paralympics, surpassing the one gold and two bronzes won at PyeongChang 2018.
