The 2026 Korea Ladies Professional Golf Association (KLPGA) Tour domestic season opener will be held as "The Siena Open 2026" from April 2-5 at The Siena Velluto Country Club in Yeoju, Gyeonggi Province.
The KLPGA announced on the 26th that it held a signing ceremony for The Siena Open 2026 at the KLPGA Building in Gangdong-gu, Seoul. The newly established tournament carries a total purse of 1 billion won ($690,000).
The Siena Group is a conglomerate spanning hotels, resorts, golf courses, fashion, residential development, and construction. The company operates The Siena Jeju CC, The Siena Seoul CC, and The Siena Velluto CC. The group acquired Jungbu CC in Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province and renamed it The Siena Seoul CC, and purchased Seraggio GC in Yeoju, Gyeonggi Province, now operating as The Siena Velluto CC.
In 2023, the group hosted the KLPGA Tour Evercollagen-The Siena Queens Crown tournament at The Siena Jeju CC.
