Signiel Busan has partnered with Hong Jung-gi, a professor at CHA University and an authority in sports medicine, to introduce a differentiated wellness program designed to deliver deep recovery of body and mind.
Signiel Busan announced on the 6th that it is launching the "Luxury Neuro Wellness with Professor Hong Jung-gi" package, which combines in-room relaxation with a professional wellness program.
The package reflects the "Longevity" and "Neuro-wellness" trends of maintaining a healthy body and mind over the long term by soothing the brain and nervous system, beyond physical health. In particular, it focuses on caring for both physical and mental health simultaneously through movements that stimulate the nervous system, tailored to the lifestyle of those in their 40s to 60s.
Professor Hong, who personally conducts the classes, is an expert who has researched physical function recovery based on sports medicine. He currently serves as Longevity Director at the healthcare center Chaum Cheongdam.
The neuro-wellness classes will be held over two days from the 14th to the 15th at "The Terrace" and the "Ballroom," which offer a full view of the Haeundae horizon. The program consists of two sessions tailored to the body's condition in the evening at the end of the day and in the morning at its start.
On the first day at 5 p.m., a 70-minute "Energy Recharge Session" will be held, using light clubs to balance the left and right sides of the body and relieve tension in the upper body muscles. At 7 a.m. on the 15th, a 70-minute "Sensory and Cognitive Enhancement Session" will take place, activating a sense of balance through eye exercises and barefoot exercises to awaken the brain and nervous system. Reservations are available until the 14th.
"We designed the program in line with the recent trend of interest in wellness expanding beyond physical health to complete recovery of the mind and spirit," a Signiel Busan official said. "We hope it will serve as an opportunity to fully focus on oneself amid the Haeundae scenery and to carry healthy energy into daily life."
