North Gyeongsang Province and Gyeongju City have published the "2025 APEC Summit White Paper and Photo Book."
According to North Gyeongsang Province on the 29th, the white paper and photo book comprehensively cover the entire summit process, from the declaration to host the summit through the selection of the venue, the preparation process, the successful hosting and major achievements, as well as post-APEC strategy.
The publications were designed to convey emotion and meaning through a narrative that organically links APEC's key agenda items with the unique cultural and industrial DNA of North Gyeongsang and Gyeongju.
The separate photo book visually documents the vivid scenes of the APEC Summit and captures its achievements and behind-the-scenes efforts as moving stories.
The white paper spans 10 chapters and about 500 pages, while the photo book comprises 4 chapters and about 200 pages.
North Gyeongsang Province and Gyeongju City held a ceremony marking the publication at the provincial government office that day, presenting the white paper to Lee Sang-geol, co-chairman of the APEC Provincial and Municipal Citizens' Support Council, among others.
North Gyeongsang Governor Lee Cheol-woo said, "I hope the white paper will remain a policy asset that shares the experience of success that began in North Gyeongsang with the Republic of Korea, and a historical record that conveys North Gyeongsang's challenges and successes to future generations."
