
Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power's Saeul Nuclear Power Site will select 620 recipients for its "Saeul Hope Future Scholarship" from July 23 to 29, targeting residents living near the power plant and their children. The program will provide a total of 600 million won in scholarships to 570 university students and 50 high school students.
Applications can only be submitted in person by visiting the Gaon Building at the Saeul site with the required documents. To be eligible, applicants must have continuously resided in Seosaeng-myeon or Onyang-eup, Ulju-gun, for at least three years as of the announcement date (July 13), or for at least one year with a cumulative total of 15 years or more. University students must meet academic requirements, while high school students must meet vulnerable group criteria such as being basic livelihood security recipients.
