Daejeon Urban Corporation has hired 26 experience-based youth interns and assigned them to its various departments, the company said Wednesday.
Daejeon Urban Corporation plans to assign problem-solving tasks and support work that can produce results in a short period, so that the youth interns can gain practical job experience.
The corporation will also designate senior staff members in each team as mentors to operate one-on-one mentoring, helping the interns adapt to company life and their work, thereby improving their job understanding and on-site adaptability.
"We will continue to operate a substantial internship program so that young people can build their employment capabilities," an official at Daejeon Urban Corporation said.
