The city of Busan is operating an "online comprehensive information network" that provides administrative information and tourism content collectively for the two-day "BTS World Tour Arirang in Busan" concerts, which run starting Friday.
The network offers customized information by category through the city's official website and the "Visit Busan" platform run by the Busan Tourism Organization.
Representative content includes concert information for the events held at the Asiad Main Stadium, guidance on how to act in crowded situations, and the locations of emergency hospitals and pharmacies.
Visitors can also find administrative information such as extended operating hours and increased train frequency on nearby urban railway lines, the locations of parking lots at major transportation hubs, and guidance on the locations of storage lockers and lost-and-found information.
The network also includes a "Tourism Complaint Report Center" section for reporting overcharging, unkind service, and illegal or unfair practices.
