
The Korea Institute of Energy Research (KIER) is hosting the 14th Korea-China Clean Energy Workshop at the Maison Glad Jeju Hotel through June 3, focusing on climate change response, clean fuel production and the expansion of renewable energy deployment, the institute said Monday.
This year's workshop will share outstanding research achievements from both countries through 15 sessions and 180 paper presentations on topics including greenhouse gas capture and utilization, biomass and waste utilization, fine dust control, clean fuel production, hydrogen, fuel cells and energy AI.
"We are holding in-depth discussions on common issues facing both countries, including climate change response, clean fuel production and the expansion of renewable energy deployment," KIER President Lee Chang-keun said.
