The Incheon Intellectual Property Center under the Incheon Chamber of Commerce and Industry announced Tuesday that it is recruiting participating companies for the second half of its IP Narae Program, which supports early-stage startups in protecting their innovative technologies.
The IP Narae Program is operated with support from the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) and the Incheon Metropolitan Government. The program targets small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) founded within seven years. It provides tailored consulting to help companies protect and utilize their innovative technologies from the development stage through commercialization.
Selected companies will receive close consulting from patent experts for approximately 100 days. They will be supported across overall IP technology strategy and management strategy, enabling them to safeguard core technologies and secure market competitiveness. The program also offers commercialization support through partnerships with related institutions, as well as consulting on funding.
The center supported 15 SMEs in the Incheon region during the first half of this year. It plans to support an additional 17 companies in the second half.
Applications will be accepted until 6 p.m. on the 15th. Detailed information is available on the Regional Intellectual Property Center (RIPC) website.
