
The Daejeon Credit Guarantee Foundation and the Centennial Stores Daejeon-Sejong Cooperative have joined forces to promote regional co-prosperity through support for small business owners.
The Daejeon Credit Guarantee Foundation announced Wednesday that it signed a "Small Business Regional Co-Prosperity Cooperation MOU" with the Centennial Stores Daejeon-Sejong Cooperative on Tuesday.
The two organizations will cooperate to revitalize the neighborhood economy by operating field-based management consulting for small business owners in the Daejeon region, covering areas including business environment improvement, store operations, sales growth, customer management, and brand management.
"We aim to share the management know-how and experience of certified Centennial Store businesses with local small business owners," said Cho Byeong-geun, chairman of the Centennial Stores Daejeon-Sejong Cooperative.
Yang Pil-hwan, chairman of the Daejeon Credit Guarantee Foundation, also said, "We will accelerate efforts to strengthen the competitiveness of Daejeon's small business owners by connecting the experience of outstanding local merchants with the foundation's support system."
