SR, the operator of the SRT high-speed train service, has been named a "Top Disclosure Institution" for the first time after achieving penalty-free disclosures for three consecutive years.
SR said Tuesday it recorded penalty-free disclosures in the "2025 Integrated Disclosure Inspection of Public Institutions" organized by the Ministry of Economy and Finance. With this, SR achieved flawless disclosures for three consecutive years and was named a "Top Disclosure Institution" for the first time.
SR was included on the list of "Top Disclosure Institutions," with only 18 institutions selected out of 317 mandatory disclosure institutions, after receiving no penalty points for integrated disclosure violations for three consecutive years from 2023 to 2025.
SR has strengthened its triple-check system involving the supervisory department, responsible department, and audit department to fundamentally prevent disclosure errors and delays. Last year, the company operated a dedicated task force for integrated disclosure response to strengthen the consistency of disclosure data for key labor and financial items, continuously raising the reliability of its disclosure data.
"We will further improve the quality of disclosure information to become a more trusted public institution," SR CEO Jeong Wang-guk said.
