The CEO and standing auditor of Korea Railroad Corporation (Korail) served as baristas for a day, creating an occasion for management and employees to practice integrity together.
Korail said Tuesday that it held the "Integrity Cafe with Management" event at its headquarters in Daejeon.
Korail CEO Kim Tae-seung and standing audit committee member Keum Hong-seop handed out coffee and messages to employees, reaffirming their commitment to integrity.
The event included engaging activities such as the "Integrity Tree," where employees posted their own suggestions for integrity policies, and on-the-spot photo sessions with management, fostering open communication in a relaxed setting.
Korail plans to carry out the "Integrity Five Senses Satisfaction Project" every month to ensure that a culture of integrity takes root throughout the organization.
"We will actively review and incorporate the candid on-site opinions left on the Integrity Tree," Keum said.
"We will continue to pursue various integrity practice programs that encourage voluntary participation and resonance," Kim said.
