Incheon Sejong Hospital said Thursday it held the enrollment ceremony for the second class of its "Sejong Wellness CEO Academy," a customized executive education program combining medicine, leadership and humanities.
The ceremony, held at Vision Hall on the basement level of Incheon Sejong Hospital, was attended by 37 participants including local business executives and heads of institutions and organizations. Enrollment increased from the first class, which had 30 participants.
The academy, operated under the slogan "Healthy leaders create healthy organizations," runs for approximately six months. The curriculum includes customized medical education focused on heart and brain health, humanities courses covering leadership, communication, culture and arts, and mind care, as well as golf workshops. The faculty consists of Incheon Sejong Hospital medical staff and external experts from various fields.
"I hope this becomes a platform where local business leaders can share experiences and visions," said Oh Byung-hee, president of Incheon Sejong Hospital. "Health is a core value for the sustainable development of organizations and society, and I hope this serves as an opportunity for participants to gain new insights and vitality."
