HS Hwasung announced on January 8 that Beomeo Station Park Dream D'are, a housing project in Suseong-gu, Daegu, recorded triple-digit competition ratios in first-priority subscription applications.
According to Korea Real Estate Board's subscription portal, the development — the first to open sales in Daegu this year — received 2,131 applications for 21 units in general supply, recording an average competition ratio of 101.5:1.
The 84-square-meter Type A unit saw the highest competition at 339:1, with 1,017 applicants vying for just three units.
All unit types closed in the first-priority round, demonstrating strong interest from buyers.
This marks the highest competition ratio among Daegu developments since June 2021, according to records available on the subscription portal.
The project, located in the Suseongdong 4-ga 996 area, will consist of two buildings with up to 27 floors above ground and two basement levels, comprising 158 total units.
The complex is within walking distance of Beomeo Station on Daegu Metro Line 2, and offers access to elite schools including Dongdo Elementary and Gyeongsin High School, as well as the Beomeo private academy district and Shinsegae Department Store.
Move-in is scheduled for October 2028.
