Baseball fans who take city buses to Changwon NC Park on weekdays will receive discounted admission tickets.
Changwon city in South Gyeongsang Province announced on May 25 that it signed an agreement with NC Dinos and MyBI on May 24 to provide a bus-to-ballpark discount service. The three parties agreed to offer discounted admission to baseball fans who ride city buses to Changwon NC Park on weekdays (Tuesday through Friday) during the regular season.
The city will handle promotional and administrative support to ensure the benefit runs smoothly. NC Dinos will provide a 2,000 won discount on admission, while MyBI, the transit card system operator, will build the discount-linked system and provide technical support.
Fans can receive the discount by purchasing tickets at the on-site box office within three hours of boarding a city bus. When booking tickets online, fans select the "public transit discount" option, complete the reservation process, and then verify their transit card usage at the box office before entering.
The discount will take effect starting with the game against Lotte on May 31.
Jang Geum-yong, acting mayor of Changwon, said, "We will explore various measures to improve fan accessibility so that the city and NC, our hometown team, can thrive together."
