Seoul's Geumcheon District is launching the "Siheung-dong Trail Tour" to showcase the area's ecological, historical, and cultural resources.
The program combines a walking course connecting three of "Geumcheon's Nine Scenic Spots"—Hoam Mountain, Omi Ecological Park, and Siheung Temporary Palace Exhibition Hall—with five themed experience programs including social dining, meditation, book and tea therapy, and volunteer tours.
The tour will run seven times from this month through June. Anyone can apply by the 20th through the QR code on promotional materials or the Geumcheon District Office's Autonomous Administration Division.
The district will select final participants based on "participation comments" and plans to award Geumcheon G-Valley Love Gift Certificates worth 10,000 won monthly to participants who post outstanding reviews on social media.
"Through this tour, we aim to convey the hidden charms of Siheung-dong in depth and invigorate the local economy," a district official said.
