Ulsan City will accept applications from April 6 to 30 for organizations participating in its "2026 Apartment Community Revitalization Support Project" aimed at promoting communication and harmony among neighbors.
Groups of 10 or more residents are eligible to apply. The city will select more than 20 organizations across five categories—environmental sustainability, communication, education, health, and volunteer services—with funding of up to 5 million won per group. To strengthen accountability, participants must contribute 10-20% of costs depending on the year of participation.
Applications can be submitted in person, by mail, or email to the Architectural Policy Division at City Hall. Final selections will be made following a review process in May. The city expects the program to help rebuild trust among residents and strengthen self-governance capabilities.
