Seoul's Nowon District is operating various programs in conjunction with "Impressionism, Brilliant Moments," an exhibition featuring works by Impressionist masters including Claude Monet's "Water Lily Pond." The exhibition runs through May 31 at the Nowon Art Museum on the 4th floor of Nowon Culture and Arts Center.
This month, Lee Tae-ho, distinguished professor at Myongji University, will deliver lectures on "Impressionist Art and Van Gogh Beloved by Koreans" on the 14th and "Jeong Seon and Paul Cézanne" on the 21st. The lectures will be held at 3 p.m. on the 5th floor of Nowon Culture and Arts Center following exhibition viewings and are open to all exhibition ticket holders.
Programs developed in collaboration with art education brand "Museum Story" include "Art Walk" for adults and "Le Village de Monet" for children. These affiliated events, which offer both art appreciation and creative hands-on experiences, will continue through the end of the exhibition.
