
Gyeongnam Energy has launched "Energy Talk," a customer service platform based on KakaoTalk, to enhance customer convenience and is also running a promotional event with prizes.
According to Gyeongnam Energy on the 27th, Energy Talk is a contactless customer service platform that allows users to conveniently handle major city gas-related tasks through KakaoTalk. Customers can access various services by simply adding the "Gyeongnam Energy" channel on KakaoTalk without installing a separate application.
Through Energy Talk, customers can easily process frequently used services anytime, anywhere, including applications for city gas connection and removal, gas stove connection, replacement and removal requests, gas bill inquiries and billing history confirmation, self-meter reading input, and access to notices and various announcements.
Gyeongnam Energy is also holding a customer participation event to celebrate the launch of Energy Talk. The event runs from March 1 to 31. Customers who access Energy Talk, confirm the mission code, and participate in the event will be entered into a drawing to win Naver Pay mobile gift certificates.
