A man in his 50s has been arrested for allegedly threatening another customer with a weapon at a bar in Geoje, South Gyeongsang Province.
Geoje Police Station announced on the 26th that it had apprehended the suspect, identified only as A, on charges including aggravated intimidation.
The incident occurred at approximately 1:15 a.m. at a bar in Gohyeon-dong. A is accused of assaulting a man in his 60s, identified as B, and threatening him with a weapon. Police believe the altercation began after a dispute broke out between the two men.
Authorities confirmed the two individuals had no prior acquaintance. Police said they will determine how to proceed with the case after completing their investigation of the suspect.
