Incheon Metropolitan City is accepting applications for its "2026 Incheon Tourism Enterprise AI Transformation (AX) and Digital Transformation (DX)" support program through March 25 to strengthen innovation capabilities of local tourism businesses.
The program aims to help companies build a foundation for innovation amid rapidly changing industry conditions. This year, the city newly established the AI Transformation (AX) support initiative, which covers subscription fees for AI services used in product planning, content creation, workflow automation, and customer service innovation.
The Digital Transformation (DX) support program will continue to enhance digital competitiveness of traditional tourism businesses. This year's program will support system development related to product development, marketing, and operational efficiency to further strengthen companies' digital capabilities.
A total of 17 companies will be selected—15 for AI Transformation and 2 for Digital Transformation. Maximum funding per company is 2.5 million won for AX and 10 million won for DX.
Selected companies will also receive digital capability training and customized consulting through various programs offered by the Incheon Tourism Enterprise Support Center, in addition to the funding.
