A fire broke out at a commercial building in Bukchang-dong, Jung-gu, central Seoul, on the afternoon of Dec. 26, prompting firefighters to launch suppression efforts.
According to the Jungbu Fire Station, authorities received a report at approximately 6:22 p.m. of gray smoke emanating from the second floor of a commercial building in Bukchang-dong.
Fire authorities have deployed personnel and equipment to extinguish the blaze.
