Douzone Bizon said Wednesday it has won a contract for Korea Airports Corporation's "artificial intelligence (AI) work innovation platform construction project." Douzone Bizon will serve as the primary contractor, with Daishin Information & Communication, Mqunic, and Wooyeon System participating as joint contractors. The project period is 15 months.
Douzone Bizon will fully rebuild the groupware of the large state-run enterprise, which operates 14 airports nationwide, on an AI-based foundation. For this project, the company will combine its work platform "Amaranth 10" with the public-sector-only AI solution "ONE AI Private Edition" to implement an AI platform specialized for Korea Airports Corporation's operations. The core task is to create an environment in which AI grasps and supports the context of tasks such as administration, auditing, contracts, and legal affairs, allowing executives and employees to concentrate on airport operations. By linking more than 8,700 knowledge assets, including the airport's internal regulations, various manuals, and legal advisory, statutory, and case-law data, the company will build an AI agent hub that instantly provides answers tailored to internal regulations and work context when users make inquiries in natural language.
The scope of the project covers three areas: △AI infrastructure construction △AI work portal construction △AI service enhancement. AI infrastructure construction includes hardware featuring Nvidia's latest graphics processing unit (GPU) B300 servers, along with software licenses. In the AI work portal, the groupware will be fully rebuilt, along with the migration of vast amounts of data, including some 13 million existing electronic approval documents. In the AI service enhancement area, AI agents will be integrated across all groupware functions—including electronic approval, web office, mail, messenger, and schedule management—to build a customized AI assistant ecosystem that supports the individual tasks of each executive and employee.
