Tencent Cloud, the cloud service arm of global tech giant Tencent, is moving to expand its artificial intelligence (AI) ecosystem in earnest by joining hands with Korean companies.
Tencent Cloud announced new partnerships spanning Korea's entire enterprise AI industry at "Tencent Cloud Day Korea 2026" on Tuesday. The partnerships cover a wide range of fields, including cloud infrastructure and content delivery networks (CDN), as well as local AI services, education technology, organizational capacity building, and blockchain-based digital business models.
Under the partnerships, Tencent Cloud plans to provide multifaceted support to help major Korean companies and institutions, including GS Neotek, ESTsoft, IT Flying Bugs, the Korea Management Association (KMA), and Aptos Labs, create tangible business results using AI.
On the same day, Tencent Cloud also unveiled an integrated AI agent portfolio designed to maximize business efficiency.
First, "Miora" is Tencent's first AI-native creative studio platform. It allows designers, content creators, and marketers to easily generate and express various visual assets, such as video, 3D content, and UI design, simply by entering a brief in natural language.
"Tencent WorkBuddy," which is set to launch officially in Korea, is an AI productivity platform that automates complex work processes based on multi-agent execution technology. With just a single line of natural language command from the user, it automatically handles the entire process from work planning to segmentation and execution. In particular, more than 100 specialized AI agents in fields such as finance, law, and market research collaborate in parallel to produce advanced outputs such as document drafting and data analysis.
Jianan Zhao, vice president of Tencent Cloud International, said, "Korea is a key market home to world-class gaming, media, entertainment, and digital service companies, and AI will be an important opportunity to take these companies' global competitiveness to the next level."
He added, "Amid the global acceleration of enterprise AI adoption, we will continue to expand our partner ecosystem in Korea. We will fully play the role of a reliable technology enabler so that Korean companies can scale innovation not only in their home market but also on the global stage."
