SK ecoplant will launch sales this month for "Define Artia," a redevelopment project in the Noryangjin District 2 area of Seoul's Dongjak-gu.
"Define Artia" is the first premium brand apartment that SK ecoplant is building independently south of the Han River. The complex comprises two buildings of 45 stories above ground, with 171 of the 404 units, ranging from 59 to 109 square meters, offered for general sale.
Noryangjin New Town, where the complex will be located, is a key area representing southwestern Seoul, with redevelopment projects of approximately 9,000 units currently underway across eight districts. Noryangjin New Town is drawing attention for its locational advantage connecting Yeouido and Yongsan, as well as the extensive application of high-end brands from top-tier construction firms. SK ecoplant's "Define" will be built in Noryangjin New Town Districts 2, 6, and 7, and is expected to form a brand town.
"Define Artia" in District 2 sits in a prime station-adjacent location bordering Jangseungbaegi Station on subway Line 7, with excellent transportation infrastructure, including Noryangjin Station offering subway Lines 1 and 9 within walking distance. Noryangjin Elementary School and Yeonghwa Elementary School, as well as Yeongdeungpo Middle School and Yeongdeungpo High School, are accessible on foot, and Sungui Girls' Middle and High School, considered a local prestigious school, are also nearby. Dongjak Library and the Noryangjin academy district are also within walking distance, earning the complex high marks for its educational environment.
Owing to the 45-story high-rise design, most units on the upper floors are expected to offer views of the Han River and Namsan. The exterior features a curtain-wall look, and ceiling height has been secured up to 2.5 meters to add a touch of luxury. The complex plans to maximize residential value with amenities including a sky lounge overlooking the Han River and the city center, as well as a community space applying the "Club Define" program. The model house will be located at 169-19 Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu.
