HDC I-Park Construction & Development has partnered with healthcare company Ceragem to strengthen wellness-based residential services.
HDC I-Park Construction & Development said Friday that it signed a business agreement with Ceragem to build a wellness housing culture at Ceragem Seoul Town in Seoul's Gangnam district on Wednesday.
The two companies plan to cooperate in developing content and services that can improve the quality of life for residents at sites being developed by HDC I-Park Construction & Development. They will jointly pursue marketing initiatives, including developing wellness content linked to community spaces and presenting healthcare services optimized for residents' lifestyles. In particular, the companies plan to introduce a new wellness-based housing culture centered on "Parkrosh Seoul One," a premium wellness residence under development in the Nowon district of Seoul.
"This agreement will serve as an opportunity to present a new direction for residential culture by incorporating specialized healthcare technology into the process of developing innovative housing models as a developer," an HDC I-Park Construction & Development official said. "As this involves content closely tied to daily life, we will work to discover high-quality services through cooperation and lay the foundation for creating a new residential environment."
Earlier, HDC I-Park Construction & Development signed business agreements with Asan Medical Center, Nowon Eulji University Hospital, and Gomed Galleria, among others, to provide differentiated content at Parkrosh Seoul One.
