Shinsung E&G said it has received the "Company That Lights Up the World" partnership plaque from Vdream, a specialized firm providing employment solutions for people with disabilities.
Vdream operates "Flip," a human resources management platform, and specializes in remote employment solutions for workers with disabilities. The company selects outstanding client firms based on the actual working conditions and employment continuity of workers with disabilities, awarding partnership plaques to those that meet its standards.
Since forming a partnership with Vdream in August 2025, Shinsung E&G has continuously recruited and managed workers with disabilities over the past nine months. The number of employees with disabilities directly hired through Vdream currently stands at 11. The company was selected primarily for going beyond meeting legal obligations and creating a work environment in which employees with disabilities can fully engage in their roles.
Shinsung E&G has stably established a remote work system, taking into account the difficulties that workers with disabilities may face with commuting and mobility. The company has also worked to enhance job satisfaction by systematically managing attendance and providing work support through Flip.
"Hiring people with disabilities is not merely an institutional obligation but reflects our commitment to building an organization where diverse talent can grow together," a company official said. "We will continue to strengthen our cooperation with Vdream and create an environment where more employees with disabilities can work with stability."
