MegazoneCloud, an artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud company, is strengthening its "AI orchestrator" business that manages and controls multiple AI agents.
MegazoneCloud announced the strategy at a media day held Tuesday at Lotte Hotel Seoul in Jung-gu, Seoul. "Before long, enterprises will simultaneously operate hundreds of AI SaaS applications and customized agents," MegazoneCloud CEO Yeom Dong-hoon said. "A multi-agent environment without a control system will lead to serious chaos." He added, "In such an environment, the role of an enterprise AI orchestrator with deep understanding of industries, solutions and technologies is essential."
MegazoneCloud plans to target the enterprise market through an AI orchestrator strategy that coordinates various AI agents within a single system. To this end, the company introduced its AI integration and management platform "Air Studio" and its field execution organization "AI FDE" strategy.
Air Studio is a platform that enables integrated management from in-house governance to AI service operations, allowing enterprises to use various AI services safely. "The AI FDE organization consists of 150 personnel who have accumulated hands-on experience carrying out AI projects at customer sites since the declaration of AI-native transformation last year," MegazoneCloud Chief AI Officer (CAIO) Kong Sung-bae said. "By activating FDE operations, we will continuously advance our experience and know-how to maximize the return on investment (ROI) of customers' AI projects."
MegazoneCloud argued that it has differentiated competitiveness in AI orchestrators based on its track record across various industries and projects. "Tasks that previously took our in-house developers three days were completed by AI in one hour, and we have confirmed that a single senior engineer is now delivering productivity equivalent to a team of five to seven," Yeom said. "As MegazoneCloud has accumulated experience responding to technological demands across various industries through more than 8,000 customers and over 200 partners, MegazoneCloud is the only AI orchestrator equipped with all the technology, experience and understanding needed for customers' AI transformation."
An AI-powered security response system was also introduced at the event. "To overwhelm the speed of AI attacks that humans cannot keep up with, we provide a hyper-automated response system in which AI autonomously judges and responds from detection to remediation," said Wi Soo-young, head of the HALO unit. "Last year, revenue from our security brand 'HALO' grew 400% year-on-year, and we will continue steep growth this year."
