A large-scale new apartment complex will be supplied in Masanhappo-gu, Changwon, South Gyeongsang Province, for the first time in five years.
Taeyoung Engineering & Construction announced on the 6th that it will begin sales of "Metro City Jasan Desian," starting with special supply on the 11th.
Supplied through the Jasan District housing redevelopment project, Metro City Jasan Desian will be built as 12 buildings of 33 stories above ground, totaling 1,250 units. Among them, 739 units with exclusive areas of 59 to 84 square meters will be offered for general sale.
The project has lowered the funding burden on end-users by offering contract terms including a 5 percent down payment (with a fixed first installment of 10 million won) and interest-free interim payments. Located at the foot of Muhaksan Mountain and adjacent to Chusan Neighborhood Park, residents can enjoy greenery and nature close to the city center, while some units offer panoramic views of Masan Port.
Major transportation hubs including the Masan Express Bus Terminal, KTX Masan Station, and Seomasan IC are all within about 15 minutes by car, providing both urban accessibility and wide-area transportation networks. Expansions to the wide-area transportation network are also planned, including the opening of the Bujeon-Masan double-track railway, the Gadeokdo New Airport high-speed railway, and the Changwon-style tram.
Following the special supply, first-priority subscriptions will be accepted on the 12th and second-priority on the 13th, with winners announced on the 19th. After document submission from the 23rd to the 27th, formal contracts will be signed over four days from the 1st to the 4th of next month. Move-in is scheduled for January 2029. The model house will be located in the Odong-dong area of Masanhappo-gu, Changwon.
