South Korea and the United States held the kickoff meeting of the 'Korea-U.S. Technology Prosperity Working Group' on the 9th and began cooperation to implement the bilateral technology prosperity Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
The Ministry of Science and ICT announced that the working group's first official meeting was held on this day. This is a follow-up measure to the 'Korea-U.S. Technology Prosperity MOU' signed by both countries in October last year. It comes approximately six months after the two sides agreed to launch a working group for concrete implementation at that time.
