Day One Company (373160.KQ), an adult education content firm, announced Wednesday that it will launch three new short-term artificial intelligence programs through its professional education brand Fastcampus.
The new programs include AI Workshop, AI Hackathon, and AI Leadership Training, all designed to diagnose each company's specific situation and deliver customized education. Every course focuses on hands-on practice and project-based learning to produce results applicable to actual work within a short period.
The AI Workshop program diagnoses a company's AI utilization level and key challenges, then conducts problem-solving projects based on actual business data. It aims to generate tangible outcomes such as improving work processes and boosting productivity.
The AI Hackathon is an in-house project-based program where participants experience the entire process from idea planning to minimum viable product development. The goal is to build models that can be applied to actual business even after the training ends. The program targets companies that want to adopt AI but lack hands-on experience and specialized personnel.
AI Leadership Training is offered for executives and team leaders. The course is designed to help leaders effectively utilize AI in strategy formulation and decision-making processes, with a focus on strengthening organizational AI transformation capabilities.
As corporate AI adoption rapidly expands, demand is growing for education that goes beyond simple tool usage to practical application. Last year, AI training accounted for 56.7 percent of all corporate on-site education, surpassing half of the total. Demand for training using internal corporate data also increased 275 percent year-on-year.
Fastcampus plans to focus on building AI transformation frameworks that ensure corporate AI adoption leads to practical application and organizational change, rather than remaining at the training stage.
"The success of AI adoption depends more on how organizations apply and spread the technology than on the technology itself," a Day One Company official said. "Through customized project-based education based on company-specific diagnostics, we will support companies in achieving both short-term results and long-term AI transformation frameworks."
