Douzone Bizon announced on the 1st that it signed a business cooperation agreement with EY Hanyoung, a global accounting and consulting firm, to advance its next-generation artificial intelligence-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and promote AI transformation (AX).
The signing ceremony was held on the 30th of last month at Douzone Eulji Tower in Jung-gu, Seoul. Key executives from both companies attended, including Douzone Bizon Co-CEO and Vice Chairman Lee Kang-soo and EY Hanyoung Audit Division Representative Lee Kwang-yeol. The two companies' leadership discussed strategies for building AI-optimized digital work environments and entering global markets through a strategic partnership.
The agreement aims to drive innovation in corporate management by combining Douzone Bizon's AI capabilities and ERP implementation expertise with EY Hanyoung's industry-specific accounting and financial insights. The two companies will strengthen business cooperation centering on Douzone Bizon's next-generation AI enterprise platform, OmniESOL. Douzone Bizon will provide digital paradigm innovation in corporate management through OmniESOL, while EY Hanyoung will offer advanced process innovation (PI) and implementation consulting to corporate clients adopting OmniESOL.
"Through strategic collaboration with EY Hanyoung, which has global consulting capabilities, we will deliver AX work processes optimized for all industries," Douzone Bizon Co-CEO Lee Kang-soo said.
