Binu Labs, the operator of Everytime, South Korea's largest university life platform, has signed a strategic partnership with Canva, the global all-in-one visual communication platform.
Binu Labs said Thursday that the collaboration with Canva goes beyond a simple tie-up, establishing a long-term cooperation framework aligned with the university life cycle. The company plans to roll out various campaigns within Everytime that allow students to create their own creative output using Canva's innovative artificial intelligence (AI) design tools.
Starting with a "three-month free Canva trial" currently available on Everytime, the companies will continue offering support programs that let students experience Canva's premium features at no cost.
The partnership aims to build an environment where university students can easily produce content needed for coursework and extracurricular activities using Canva's tools and freely share it on Everytime.
"We hope students go beyond simply using a tool and contribute to building a creative campus culture where they share self-made content in the community and inspire one another," Binu Labs CEO Kim Han-i said. "Korean university students adapt to rapidly changing technology faster than anyone and constantly create new content," said Kim Dae-hyun, Canva Korea country manager. "Canva seeks to lower the barriers to design so that every student can easily bring their ideas to life, and to become a creative partner that stays with them throughout their careers, well beyond their college years."
