
Pearl Abyss (263750.KQ), a Korean game developer, announced Wednesday that its open-world action adventure game "Crimson Desert" sold 3 million copies across global platforms within four days of launch.
Crimson Desert posted on its official social media channels at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, saying, "We are pleased to share that 3 million copies have been sold worldwide. We thank everyone who is forging their own path on the continent of Pywel." The post added, "We will listen closely to your voices and do our best to ensure you enjoy an even more fun and meaningful journey in Crimson Desert."
Notably, thanks to swift patches reflecting user feedback, Crimson Desert's Steam global user reviews reached "Mostly Positive" as of Tuesday, while reviews from English-speaking regions achieved "Very Positive," entering stable territory.
Crimson Desert is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Steam, Apple Mac, Epic Games Store, and ROG Xbox Ally (Ally | Ally X).
