Dable, an ad-tech subsidiary of Yanolja, South Korea's travel platform giant, announced Thursday that it has appointed Han Kyu-ho as Chief Technology Officer to strengthen its technological competitiveness and elevate company-wide artificial intelligence capabilities.
Han previously served as Dable's backend development team lead, where he is credited with successfully building core technology infrastructure and stabilizing servers over three years starting in 2019. He brings experience spanning embedded, web, mobile and AI fields at companies including SK Planet and Tapjoy, where he managed platform operations across diverse domains.
Dable described Han as the ideal candidate, combining deep technical expertise ranging from the company's recommendation technology to AI with business insight gained from serial entrepreneurship.
Han will spearhead Dable's transformation into an "AI-native company." He plans to bridge varying levels of AI proficiency across teams and redirect resources freed by automating repetitive tasks toward generating tangible business impact.
His vision includes strengthening AI mentoring and training programs across the organization to develop both developer and non-developer employees into AI specialists. To achieve this, the company will pursue the following initiatives:

△ Automating development processes including code reviews and deployment
△ Implementing a quantitative measurement and management system for AI adoption
