
Jabis & Villains, the operator of simplified tax service platform 3o3 (Sam-jom-sam), announced Thursday that it has launched an artificial intelligence question-and-answer service called "3o3 Q" and integrated it into "ChatGPT for Kakao" on KakaoTalk.
When users of ChatGPT for Kakao type tax-related questions in a conversational manner, 3o3 Q provides professional consultation based on an extensive tax database. If a user needs to check or apply for a tax refund during a conversation with ChatGPT for Kakao, Kakao Tools automatically calls up 3o3 to assist with the refund process.
Ahead of the launch, 3o3 Q was trained using retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) on more than 510,000 records of tax legislation, National Tax Service rulings and official Q&A responses. To deliver more accurate and reliable answers, the service also prepared expert-verified content reviewed by partner tax accountants and certified public accountants. The expert content library will expand from an initial 10,000 entries to tens of thousands over time.
3o3 Q's debut on ChatGPT for Kakao marks the first step in a broader rollout. The service will be gradually added to the 3o3 website and mobile app starting at the end of March.
