Shinsegae I&C announced on the 4th that it has won the contract to rebuild HD Hyundai Oilbank's membership system.
The project involves a complete redesign of HD Hyundai Oilbank's membership authorization and management backend systems to a cloud environment. The core objective is to improve customer experience by building a cloud-based real-time data processing environment to secure system flexibility and ensure seamless stability even under heavy traffic.
Shinsegae I&C plans to redesign the existing infrastructure to a public cloud-based architecture and integrate the scattered data processing and API systems into a unified platform. The company aims to maximize overall system speed and efficiency by reducing redundant or unnecessary procedures and systematically organizing vast amounts of data.
The company also plans to establish a real-time data synchronization environment to maintain data consistency in a hybrid setup combining existing on-premise and public cloud systems. This will secure a stable data management framework, ensuring data integrity for transaction records and member information. Additionally, Shinsegae I&C will introduce a centralized real-time monitoring system to efficiently manage overall system operations and enable early detection and rapid response to system failures.
"Through the new system, we will maximize customer experience and lead HD Hyundai Oilbank's successful digital transformation," said Sun Chul, Managing Director at Shinsegae I&C.
