KT (030200) unveiled 'Agent Builder,' an AI agent development platform designed to facilitate artificial intelligence transformation (AX) in industrial settings, at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2026 in Barcelona, Spain.
According to KT on the 4th, Agent Builder is a platform that enables users to create AI agents through drag-and-drop functionality without development expertise or coding skills.
Users can build customized AI agents by combining pre-built business templates and conversation modules through a process that includes defining usage purposes and roles, connecting data and systems, configuring response methods, and deployment. After completion, performance can be enhanced through real-time log analysis, performance monitoring, and quality improvement features.
Based on Agent Builder, KT also plans to introduce 'Industry-specific AI Template Services' with standardized functions tailored to each industry and business characteristics. The company is currently preparing to launch industry-specialized templates based on agent scenarios that have been validated through actual implementation in the financial, manufacturing, and public sectors.
"Typically, enterprise AI agent adoption carries a significant development burden for system integration and customization," KT said. "In contrast, Agent Builder and industry-specific AI templates integrate immediately with existing systems and data, automating business processes without complex development. This enables high practical utility and rapid internal adoption."
