
Dongyang Construction Industrial Co. announced on the 3rd that it will simultaneously sell apartments and street-type commercial units at "Geomdan Lake Park Station Paragon" in Geomdan New Town, Incheon.
Geomdan Lake Park Station Paragon will be built on a site in Bullo-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon (Block AA36 of Geomdan New Town), comprising seven buildings up to 24 stories with 569 units, all in the 84-square-meter exclusive area floor plan. The project is subject to price caps, ensuring reasonable pricing. Move-in is scheduled for July 2028.
All units feature south-facing plate-type designs to maximize natural light and ventilation. The development offers wide-layout floor plans with 6-meter living rooms—approximately 1.4 times larger than typical apartments—and various storage spaces to enhance openness and spatial efficiency. Community facilities include an indoor golf practice range, fitness club, small library, and study rooms. Parking is planned at 1.41 spaces per household.
The project's dual-station location is drawing attention, with access to both Geomdan Lake Park Station and Sin-Geomdan Jungang Station on Incheon Metro Line 1. Geomdan Lake Park Station is under review as a transfer station for Incheon Metro Line 2, while Sin-Geomdan Jungang Station is planned as a transfer point for the western Greater Seoul Express Railway (GTX-D), improving connectivity to central Seoul. Geomdan 7th Elementary School and Geomdan 3rd Middle School are scheduled to open near the complex in 2028. Nearby parks including Yeoulbit Park, Hwanghwasan Forest Park, and the planned Geomdan Lake Park offer a pleasant residential environment.
The street-type commercial units will be integrated with the planned Canal Complex waterfront commercial district and Geomdan Lake Park. The location benefits from both the lake park and station proximity, promising substantial foot traffic.
