EastSoft (047560), an artificial intelligence service company, announced on the 26th that it will participate in MWC26, the world's largest telecommunications exhibition, to showcase its real-time conversational AI human service "Perso Interactive."
MWC26 will be held from March 2 to 5 in Barcelona, Spain, under the theme "The IQ Era," with participation from approximately 2,700 companies across more than 200 countries.
EastSoft will set up a standalone booth at "Hall 7 (7F32)" to demonstrate innovative cases of Perso Interactive deployed in daily life and industrial settings. The exhibition aims to let visitors directly experience the company's AI vision: "The Most Universal Interface for Human."
The exhibition is organized into five zones: NTT, Signage, Live Commerce, Retail, and Mobile. Each zone offers hands-on experience with Perso Interactive's world-class real-time conversational AI human technology, demonstrating its innovation and utility across various environments.
The NTT zone will present a mobility deployment case developed in collaboration with NTT and Nihon Kotsu. EastSoft signed a memorandum of understanding with NTT earlier this month and is currently conducting a proof of concept to introduce real-time conversational AI human services in Japanese taxis. The Signage zone will provide an interactive AI human experience for MWC guidance.
The Live Commerce zone will present new revenue models based on AI show hosts, while the Retail zone will demonstrate voice-centered intuitive interfaces. The Mobile zone will introduce SDK and API offerings, proposing directions for development scalability and ecosystem building.
Collaborations with major Korean companies will also be showcased at MWC. At the KT exhibition hall, "AI Lee Kang-in," powered by Perso Interactive technology, will deliver cheering messages in seven languages. At the Samsung Electronics exhibition hall, an "AI Promoter" combined with Samsung's "Spatial Signage" will interact with visitors in real time.
