Apps in ChatGPT is an app platform that allows users to install and utilize desired functions within ChatGPT, similar to downloading apps from smartphone operating system app stores.
Users can install the Cafe24 app from the ChatGPT app store, then access the service by calling "@cafe24" in the chat window or selecting the Cafe24 function from the tools menu. When users enter a command such as "recommend sneakers," the AI analyzes product data from Cafe24 platform-based shopping malls in real time and suggests the most suitable products. The key feature is that users can browse, receive recommendations, and purchase products all at once without accessing a separate website.
Cafe24 stated that with this app launch, online merchants using its platform can now automatically sync their product information with the Cafe24 app within ChatGPT without additional application procedures or costs, exposing their brands and products to the global AI conversational environment.
