
Four housing complexes nationwide will offer a total of 3,034 homes during the first week of August. Of these, 2,387 units are for general sale.
According to Real Estate 114 on the 1st, subscription sales this week will take place at "Riches 302" in Gyo-dong, Gangneung, Gangwon; "Centreville Asterium Geoje" in Sangdong-dong, Geoje, South Gyeongsang; "The Sharp Tricent" in Munhyeon-dong, Nam-gu, Busan; and "Asan Techno Valley The One 7th" in Dunpo-myeon, Asan, South Chungcheong.
POSCO E&C will supply "The Sharp Tricent" in the vicinity of 334 Munhyeon-dong, Nam-gu, Busan. The complex will be built as six buildings ranging from four basement floors to a maximum of 35 above-ground floors, with a total of 803 units. Of these, 156 units with exclusive-use areas of 59 to 84 square meters are for general sale.
Schools including Sinyeon Elementary School, Daeyeon Middle School, and Seongji High School are located near the complex. Jigegol Station on Busan Metro Line 2 is within walking distance, and Beonyeong-ro and Suyeong-ro provide convenient access to major areas of Busan. Regional development projects are also planned, including the third phase of the Busan International Finance Center (BIFC) development project and the second phase of the North Port redevelopment.
Model houses will open in three locations: "Jungdong Station Dachaeroum The One" in Songnae-dong, Bucheon, Gyeonggi; "Sejong Woomilin Center Park" in Dasom-dong, Sejong; and "Dalseo Xi Zenith" in Bonri-dong, Dalseo-gu, Daegu.
Woomi Construction will open the model house for "Sejong Woomilin Center Park," which is being sold in Block S1 of the 5-2 Living Zone in Sejong, on the 7th. The complex will be built with two basement floors to a maximum of 20 above-ground floors, with a total of 676 units, comprising exclusive-use areas of 45, 59, and 84 square meters. The 5-2 Living Zone will be developed as a specialized district of public facility complexes linking schools, parks, public offices, and residential facilities.
A Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) station is planned near the complex, and residents will also have access to a wide-area transportation network including Osong Station, where KTX and SRT trains stop, the Namcheongju IC, and the outer ring road. Community facilities will include a fitness club, an indoor golf practice range, a screen golf course, a small library, separate reading rooms for men and women, and a guesthouse.
