HL D&I Halla is launching a new advertising campaign for its residential brand "EFETE" in the brand's third year since launch.
On Tuesday, HL D&I Halla said it will run this year's EFETE advertising campaign under the main concept of "You Have to Live in EFETE." The company aimed to move away from the typical formula of conventional apartment advertising and convey EFETE's differentiated lifestyle and product competitiveness in a sophisticated manner. The campaign also reflects the residential values of younger generations, who regard a home not simply as a place to live but as a space to express their tastes and lifestyle.
Starting with a stylish teasing ad featuring actor Im Si-wan, EFETE's exclusive model, the campaign will roll out sequentially over about three months through major media outlets beginning this month. The lineup includes the "AI HOUSE" segment, which introduces artificial intelligence (AI)-based smart residential services; the "MULTI SPACE" segment, which showcases the strength of space utilization through specialized kitchen design; and the "EFETE AIR CARE" segment, which applies an air purification system. The campaign was designed to allow viewers to take in HL D&I Halla's residential technology, spatial design and design competitiveness at a glance. The ads will also be introduced through digital platforms and online channels such as YouTube and Tving.
"EFETE, now entering its third year since launch, is growing into a brand loved by customers through its differentiated technological capabilities," an HL D&I Halla official said. "We plan to continue strengthening EFETE's unique competitiveness through ongoing technology development and innovative design."
Meanwhile, HL D&I Halla will continue new housing supply in major areas of Seoul and the metropolitan region in the second half of this year, including the Donuimun District 2 mixed-use development project in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul. Since launching the EFETE brand, the company has expanded its supply base centered on Seoul and the metropolitan area, including Mapo in Seoul, Yongin and Icheon, and plans to further strengthen the EFETE brand's competitiveness in key areas of Seoul and the metropolitan region going forward.
