A total of 3,606 units across seven complexes nationwide will go on sale in the third week of June. The general sale volume reached 3,088 units, a sharp increase from the previous week.
According to Real Estate 114 on Saturday, complexes conducting first-priority subscriptions this week include "Pyeongtaek Godeok Woomi Lynn Prestige" in Godeok-dong, Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province; "Baekseok Signature Xi Complexes 1 and 2" in Baekseok-dong, Cheonan, South Chungcheong Province; and "Altiero Gwangan" in Millak-dong, Suyeong-gu, Busan. Three model houses will open, including "Hillstate Yangsan The Sky (Blocks 1 and 2)" in Mulgeum-eup, Yangsan, South Gyeongsang Province, and "Eco Delta City Jungheung S-Class River City (Block 2)" in Gangdong-dong, Gangseo-gu, Busan.
Pyeongtaek Godeok Woomi Lynn Prestige, supplied by a Woomi Construction consortium, will be built on Block Abc-36 of the Godeok International New Town development district in Pyeongtaek. The complex spans from two basement levels to a maximum of 20 floors above ground, with 11 buildings, exclusive floor areas of 84 to 111 square meters, and a total of 743 units. First-priority subscriptions will be accepted on June 16. The Pyeongtaek-Paju Expressway and the Pyeongtaek-Jecheon Expressway provide easy access to major metropolitan cities such as Hwaseong and Yongin. The complex also offers proximity to workplaces, as it is close to the general industrial complex in the Godeok International New Town development district, where Samsung Electronics' Pyeongtaek campus is located, as well as the Songtan and Chilgoe general industrial complexes.
Baekseok Signature Xi Complexes 1 and 2, built by GS Engineering & Construction, will also begin first-priority subscriptions on June 16. "Altiero Gwangan" in Millak-dong, Suyeong-gu, Busan, will conduct subscriptions on the same day.
The model houses will all open on June 19. Eco Delta City Jungheung S-Class River City, supplied by Jungheung Engineering & Construction, spans from two basement levels to a maximum of 18 floors above ground, with six buildings, exclusive floor areas of 59 square meters, and a total of 501 units. Near the complex, transportation infrastructure offers an advantage, with the Eco Delta City Station on the Bujeon-Masan double-track railway (targeted to open in the second half of 2028), as well as a planned Gangseo Line tram project connecting Daejeo Station on Busan Metro Line 3 with Eco Delta City.
"Subscription demand is expected to continue, centered on areas with industrial and transportation advantages such as Pyeongtaek Godeok New Town, Cheonan, and Busan Eco Delta City," a Real Estate 114 official said.
