GS E&C will launch sales of "Baekseok Signature Xi" this month in Baekseok District 5, Baekseok-dong, Seobuk-gu, Cheonan, South Chungcheong Province.
Developed through the Baekseok District 5 urban development project, Baekseok Signature Xi will comprise 13 buildings of up to 28 floors, with all 1,174 units offered for general sale, including 854 units in Block 1 and 320 units in Block 2. By exclusive floor area, the complex consists of small and mid-sized units: 50 units of 59㎡, 27 units of 63㎡, 196 units of 74㎡, 819 units of 84㎡, 78 units of 99㎡, and 4 units of 115㎡. Move-in is scheduled for 2029.
Located in a living zone connecting Buldang-dong with Seongjeong-dong and Dujeong-dong, the complex allows access to existing urban infrastructure.
