HDC Hyundai Development Company said Wednesday it will launch sales this month of the "Gimhae Sinmun Central I-PARK," a complex of more than 1,300 units in Gimhae, South Gyeongsang Province.
The Gimhae Sinmun Central I-PARK will be built around 26-8 Sinmun-dong, Gimhae, South Gyeongsang Province, comprising 13 buildings of up to 25 stories above ground for a total of 1,379 units. By exclusive area, the units consist of 1,140 units of 84 square meters, 191 units of 113 square meters, and 48 units of 128 square meters.
The Jangyu Sinmun district where the complex will be located spans approximately 556,270 square meters and will include two apartment complexes along with detached houses, an elementary school, parks, and other urban infrastructure. The Sinmun No. 1 district is under development to the north, while the Gimhae Tourism Distribution Complex and other facilities are located to the south, forming the Sinmun New Town, which is expected to eventually reach approximately 15,000 units.
The complex will feature a panorama central plaza spanning approximately 14,200 square meters, a Family Ground with three themes, and a 520-meter-long walking trail. Residents can walk to convenience and cultural facilities including the Lotte Premium Outlet, Hanaro Club, and Lotte Cinema at the Gimhae Tourism Distribution Complex, and can share living infrastructure with the Jangyu and Yulha districts. The Joman River flows right next to the complex, and an 18-hole park golf course is located along the Joman riverside. Within walking distance is Sinmun Elementary School, which opened last September, along with Jangyu Middle School and the private academy district in Yulha-dong nearby.
Connections to downtown Gimhae and other areas are also smooth. Roads including Chilsan-ro, Ungjang-ro, and Jangyu-ro provide easy access to downtown Gimhae, while the Namjangyu IC and Jangyu IC on the Namhae No. 2 Expressway branch connecting to western Busan link the area to major cities such as Busan and Changwon. When Jangyu Station opens—part of the 51-kilometer Bujeon-Masan double-track railway connecting Bujeon Station in Busan to Masan Station in Changwon—travel within the Busan, Changwon, and South Gyeongsang region will be possible in under an hour.
The model house will be set up at 305-3 Daecheong-dong, Gimhae.
