Hoban Construction said Tuesday it will accept subscription applications from the 8th to the 10th for Hoban Summit Yangjae, a youth housing project for young people and newlyweds.
Hoban Summit Yangjae will be built as a single 17-story building in the area around 27 Yangjae-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, comprising 224 units ranging from 23 to 54 square meters in exclusive area. Of these, 138 units will be supplied as publicly supported private rental housing. By exclusive area, the breakdown includes 19 units of 23 square meters, 3 units of 40 square meters, 4 units of 45 square meters, 32 units of 46 square meters, 64 units of 51 square meters, and 16 units of 54 square meters.
Special supply is offered for the youth and newlywed categories, while general supply is available only for the newlywed category. Residents can stay for up to eight years at rents lower than market rates, and all units are enrolled in the Korea Housing & Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG) rental deposit guarantee insurance, ensuring high security for the return of rental deposits.
The complex is a five-minute walk from Yangjae Station, served by subway Line 3 and the Shinbundang Line, and traffic improvements are also expected from the future development of the Great Train Express (GTX)-C line. Specialized designs have also been applied, such as a three-room layout for the 54-square-meter type to enhance space utilization.
