
Mirae Asset Securities (006800.KS) has been included in the DJBIC World Index, a global sustainability management evaluation index selected by S&P Global, one of the world's three major credit rating agencies, for the 14th consecutive year.
According to Mirae Asset Securities on Wednesday, the DJBIC World Index is the new name for the previous Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) and stands as a representative global index based on sustainability management standards. It evaluates environmental, social, and governance factors among the world's top 2,500 companies by market capitalization, selecting only the top 10% of companies in each industry.
Mirae Asset Securities was recognized for performance meeting global standards in environmental areas, including transparent information disclosure, climate strategy, and financed emissions management. The firm also received high marks in materiality assessment categories such as social areas including customer management and information security, integrated risk management, and global business performance. Mirae Asset Securities also achieved RE100 in 2025, converting 100% of the electricity used at all its business sites to renewable energy.
