Doosan Construction launched the subscription race for "Doosan We've Trinity View Gumyeong Station" in Gupo-dong, Buk-gu, Busan, beginning with special supply applications on the 18th. The show house, which opened on the 15th, drew approximately 10,000 visitors within three days of opening, signaling strong interest.
According to Doosan Construction on the 18th, "Doosan We've Trinity View Gumyeong Station" will be built around 999 Gupo-dong, with three basement levels and 26 above-ground floors across eight buildings. Of the 839 total units, configured in two types of 74 and 84 square meters of exclusive use area, 288 units will be offered to the general public.
One of the complex's most notable features is its range of financial support designed to ease buyers' funding burden. The down payment has been lowered to 10 million won, and full interest-free intermediate payments are offered to reduce interest costs. In addition, under Busan City's "I-Mom Busan Plan," a childbirth incentive policy, the first 210 contract signers among multi-child households and newlywed couples in the special supply category will receive an additional 5% discount on the sale price at final payment.
The special supply on the 18th allocates 272 units, accounting for the majority of the general supply volume. By type, multi-child households receive the largest share with 126 units, followed by newlywed couples with 84 units, institutional recommendations with 28 units, first-time homebuyers with 26 units, and elderly-parent supporters with 8 units.
Under this year's revised subscription system, married couples can submit duplicate applications, increasing their chances of winning. To qualify for special supply, applicants must be members of a homeless household (or a homeless household head, in the case of elderly-parent support) as of the recruitment announcement date. Applicants should review the announcement carefully, as detailed requirements regarding income standards, number of children, and support duration vary by category.
First-priority subscription applications will be accepted on the following day, the 19th. Because the complex is located in a non-regulated zone, entry barriers are low. Anyone aged 19 or older residing in Busan, Ulsan, or South Gyeongsang Province as of the recruitment announcement date is granted first-priority qualification, regardless of household-head status or home ownership. The only requirements are six months of subscription account membership and meeting deposit thresholds based on region and unit size. In the case of competition within the same priority tier, Busan residents receive preferential supply. There are no re-winning restrictions or mandatory residency periods, and resale of subscription rights is permitted six months after the winner announcement date.
Location competitiveness is another key strength of the complex. Busan Subway Line 2's Gumyeong Station sits directly in front of the complex, making it a prime station-area property. It is also a "triple-station-area" location, with Gupo Station — served by KTX and Subway Line 3 — within walking distance. Road access is equally robust. Gupo Bridge and Gangbyeon-daero are nearby, and the Deokcheon and Samrak interchanges provide easy access to the Namhae Expressway and Jungang Expressway. The Mandeok-Centum Urban Expressway (deep-underground road) offers fast connections to the eastern Busan area.
Living infrastructure is abundant as well. Garam Middle School, which adjoins the complex, and nearby Gupo Elementary School are within walking distance for students. Convenience facilities such as NewCore Outlet, the Deokcheon-dong central commercial district, and Gupo Traditional Market are also close by.
Subscriptions will be accepted in the following order: special supply on the 18th, first priority on the 19th, and second priority on the 20th. Winners will be announced on the 27th, and contract signing will take place over three days, from June 8 to 10. The show house is operating at 23 Geumgok-daero, Busan (in front of Exit 7 of Deokcheon Station).
