Approximately 10,000 visitors toured the model house for the "Godeok International New Town Sujain Punggyungchae Complexes 1 and 2" in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province, during the three days following its opening, BS Hanyang said on the 11th.
Prospective homebuyers have shown strong interest due to the project's price competitiveness under the price ceiling system and its established living infrastructure. Coupled with various prize events held for Family Month in May, many visitors came to the site for an outing, according to the company's analysis.
BS Hanyang said lines formed at the model house from early in the morning, and the interior was packed with crowds throughout the day. Over the weekend in particular, the share of family visitors accompanied by children was high, creating a leisurely atmosphere. Many visitors came from Pyeongtaek and Suwon in southern Gyeonggi Province, as well as from across the greater Seoul metropolitan area.
BS Hanyang also heightened the excitement by running a "Special Event" during the three days of the opening, offering one gold bar and one gold key through daily drawings. The company provided various prizes, including a Samsung Bespoke Cooker and cordless fans, while also setting up food booths, photo zones, tarot reading, and claw machines to engage visitors enjoying their outing.
Meanwhile, "Godeok International New Town Sujain Punggyungchae Complexes 1 and 2" will begin accepting special supply subscriptions on the 11th, followed by first-priority subscriptions on the 12th and second-priority subscriptions on the 13th. Duplicate subscriptions across Complexes 1 and 2 are permitted, and married couples may also apply together for the special supply in the same complex. Adults aged 19 and above can apply regardless of residence, and existing homeowners are also eligible. There are no restrictions on re-winners.
